  • 会员2701：酒店胜在刚开业，设施设备都比较新，但服务和出品还有很大的进步空间。1，入住当晚和离店当天在1楼测体温处碰到的小哥都不错，会问好。但上4楼（酒店在4-5楼）后出电梯大堂站了个人是无动于衷的，没有问好也没有表情。办理入住速度挺快，房间在5楼，这个酒店占地属于横向发展，所以有房间是没有窗户的，我们的房间带的庭院，能有正常采光！打扫房间的员工书桌纸巾不补，马桶玻璃胶是松动的，坐上去会砰砰响，仔细一点这问题可以避免！2，出品，因为这个酒店自助晚餐必须得和温泉一起买票才行，没有泡温泉计划那就去吃中餐！中餐全是大包厢，点了3个菜，肥肠 脆皮五花肉 油麦菜，200多，平均餐标100多每人，不算便宜，脆皮五花肉很咸（一盘约15小片左右）而且不是特别热，所以吃起来一般，要批评的是米饭是温热的，用菜盘装的，没有任何保温措施，吃着吃着饭就冷了。第二天早餐大多数也是温热偏冷的，冬天吃着不爽……煮了碗面汤居然也不烫
